Wills, Trusts, and Estates

Many people find the idea of planning for the disposition of assets upon their death to be an uncomfortable and worrying topic. However, dying without a Will or proper estate plan in place can prove to be far more distressing for the family and friends you will leave behind. Who will get your assets? Who will take care of your children? Who will manage your estate? Regardless of your wealth, failing to take care of the necessary planning now will mean that it will be the State who ultimately decides these questions for you.

The lawyers at Casha and Casha, LLC take special pride in making sure your estate plan is properly worded to reflect your wishes, and protect your beneficiaries from unnecessary taxes and liabilities. Because each client’s concerns are unique, we create plans to give our clients the comfort of knowing that their loved ones will be prepared to respond decisively when the need arises. That level of comfort exists not just because of our technical ability, but also because of our excellent listening skills. Working closely with our clients, we get to know them, their families, and their trusted advisors. A commitment to that process allows us to better understand each client’s goals and objectives, to identify potential hazards, and to develop creative solutions.
